James Grantham was very personable from the beginning and is dedicated to the service he provides. When I spoke to him for the first time at his office about how I had spoken to another recruiter from a different company and the recruiter told me that it would be difficult for me to get a job through a recruiting firm due to the fact that I had no Australian experience in my profession, James reassured me that I should not worry and that he had placed candidates from the States before and should not be a problem. Since I did not have any experience in Australia he suggested and set me up to meet with some companies to get an idea for what the business is like in Sydney. Even though they were not interviews for a position with the companies, I was able to gain valuable information and make contacts with current professionals. James was very responsive when I phoned to ask a question and if I left a voice message, he would usually call back within 24 hours. James was able to place me in to a job in less than a month. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing assistance with finding a job.
