Tom started his recruitment career in 2010 after spending 4 years as a Civils Formwork Carpenter on site gaining key experience & hands on knowledge of the industry.

Tom started by supplying Trades & Labour for a small family run agency in Portsmouth for 2 years before taking the plunge to join a large corporate in 2012. There, Tom carved his name into the market with his specialisation of civil engineering and soon caught the eye of an up & coming construction agency in Southampton. Tom went on to become one of the company’s highest billers and built an exceptionally strong sales team off the back of his efforts which today continue to be a main driving sales force within that company.

Tom has joined CGC to spearhead a new Blue Collar Construction division, offering our client a broad range of services. Tom will be supplying –
